Do all the Grace & Organization journal + planning tools lay flat when opened?

Yes, all Editions of our journal + planning tool lay flat when opened.

Do pens bleed through the pages of the Grace & Organization journal + planning tool?

To the best of our knowledge and testing, no. We cautiously selected our papers to avoid pen bleed.

Do you restock when products are sold out?

Yes, we do restock on products that are sold out. We will announce restock plans on our social media pages, mailing list and website. Be sure to stay plugged in by following us on all our social media platforms and subscribing to our mailing list to get the latest update.

Does the Grace & Organization journal + planning tool have blank notes pages inside?

Yes, each day comes with a “Notes” page to capture your thoughts on every and anything!

I am new to the world of Spending Time with God and planning, can you coach me through it?

What are the differences between the Minimalist Edition, the Maximalist Edition and the Optimum Edition?

Please consult our “Comparing the Different Editions”  section to get a full list of the differences between Editions.

The Minimalist Edition covers 6 months and is perfect for the minimalist looking for a simple-looking journal without the extra add-ons that come with the other Editions (i.e., ribbon tied into a bow for closure, pen slot with pen and gold dots in front and back pages). The Minimalist Edition features a cloth cover (available in yellow or grey) with gold foil accent, hand sewn lay-flat binding, 2 ribbon markers, back pocket and keepsake box.

The Maximalist Edition covers 6 months and is perfect for the maximalist that wants an extra touch to their journal + planning tool. The Maximalist Edition features a suede fabric cover (available in emerald green or lilac) with gold foil accent, hand sewn lay-flat binding, 2 ribbon markers, back pocket, pen slot with gold bow pen, keepsake box and secures shut with a ribbon tied into a bow.

The Optimum Edition which comes in binder style covers 1 year and is perfect for the person looking for the optimal way to save money in the long run as it offers refillable sheets. The Optimum Edition features a PU Fabric-like leather cover (available in blue-grey) with gold foil accent, round ring binding, 6 pockets, pen slot with gold bow pen, pin closure and keepsake box.

Why do I get a free monthly digital calendar with any purchase of a Grace & Organization journal + planning tool?

Our journal + planning tool intentionally do not come with monthly spreads for users to glance over their months. The Grace & Organization digital monthly calendar complements the Grace & Organization journal + planning tool as it has the option for users to glance over each month and plan their month by: 

  • making a declaration (what they want to see happen) over their month;
  • listing and tracking their priorities; and,
  • inserting color coded entries such as birthdays, anniversaries, reminders, appointments, activities, deadlines, etc under each day. 

Shipping and Returns

My package has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours to see if the package was left there. 
  • Reach out to your local post office facility.

Please note, once a package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship in two to three (2-3) business days, unless otherwise noted. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders require extended shipping time, six to eight (6-8) weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. International shipments declined by the recipient will be subject to duties/fees/taxes deducted from the order refund total.

I have received my order confirmation but have not yet received confirmation that my order has been processed and shipped, what do I do?

Please contact us at support@graceandorganization.com five (5) business days after placing your order if confirmation of shipment for your order was never sent to you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at support@graceandorganization.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a replacement item.

Can I make a change to my order? (cancellation)

We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our website. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. If you are in the situation where you accidentally chose the wrong product, email us at support@graceandorganization.com within twenty-four (24) hours to switch your product to another product within the same price range.

Do I get free shipping to the Ottawa/Gatineau area since the Grace & Organization headquarter is located in Ottawa?

There will be free pickup available at the Indigo Store entrance located at 2025 Mer-Blue Rd, Orleans, ON K4A 3T9 . There will also be a delivery option available. Due to the high volume of orders needing delivery for this area, orders are typically delivered five to seven (5-7) business days unless otherwise noted. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
